God’s Powerful Light

My Dream Today:

Passion Responds To A Passionate Plea.   I went to sleep after having implored the LORD Jesus to deliver His people from evil, especially after having seen on YouTube the Chinese authorities blowing up and bulldozing megachurches under the pretext of flimsy charges. I put the LORD on the spot with this prayer, in other words: “LORD, you wouldn’t respond and defend millions of Chinese Christians earnestly crying out and beseeching you to defend them as Satan is destroying their churches! I reminded Him that He sent one angel to destroy 185K of the wicked that encroached on Israel’s sovereignty.

He promptly responded with the following dream:

I feel the shadow of the Almighty God over me. His overpowering presence immobilizes me and I can do nothing except to stare into the heavens. I see a bright shining white light partially hidden by some clouds. Its glow is focused directly on me. I can look at it without being blinded by its powerful glare. I continue to look directly into the light as the presence of the Almighty over me becomes more and more overpowering. I sense the LORD is responding to my prayer in this manner to give me the message He has heard my prayer and will fight against the wicked persecuting His children – in a manner that will be overpowering.

The Silent Suffering of Our God

1john419

“He (God) does hurt greatly.   I found out some years ago after laughing at a reenactment on a TV documentary of David and Goliath.. where David killed Goliath with a stone/slingshot.  The actor who portrayed Goliath looked silly as he fell to the ground, and I jeered and laughed at him..  When suddenly the Holy Spirit convicted me and I heard Him speak to me (without words)   He said, “you find this funny .. the death of this man and enemy of Israel?   I find it NOT funny.. I wanted that he would have opened his heart to me.. his Creator., as well as his people, but he continued to harden his heart., to the point that I had no choice but to end his life .. or he would have proceeded to end the life of my people, Isreal .   It did not please me to end his life”.

Wow, was I ever convicted after hearing that and I never thought the same again of the Lord’s enemies..   We (even we Christians) truly don’t think the way our God thinks.
